How to Establish a Callback Connection

Callback connection concept implies swapping of the client and server roles, i.e. the server with shared device would initiate a TCP connection, while client who wants to connect the remote device will accept the incoming connection from server.

To create a callback connection, two tasks should be accomplished:

1. Initiate a connection from the server side.

2. Accept a callback on the client side.

Initating a connection from the server side

To create a connection from the server side, please:

1. Оpen Remote Devices tab and click button to start an Add New USB Server wizard.

2. Select Normal connection.

3. Click Next. The following dialog should appear:

4. Enter client computer address and TCP port number.

5. Click OK.

Now the server will start a connection with client computer.
