How to Connect Shared USB Device

To connect a remote USB device you need to accomplish the following steps:

• Share the USB device on the remote computer (see How to Share USB Device).
• Add a remote server to get a list of available devices.
• Select remote USB device and connect it.

Adding USB Server

To create a connection from the server side, please:

1. Оpen Remote Devices tab and click button to start an Add New USB Server wizard.

2. Select Normal connection.

3. Click Next. The following dialog should appear:

4. Enter an address of the remote USB server with shared USB device.

5. Enter TCP port number the server uses for network communication (or leave default if you never changed TCP port number on the server).

6. Click OK button to add the server.

7. Now, if the connection was successfully established, you should see a list of shared USB devices on the server.

Connecting remote USB device

1. On the Remote Devices tab select a USB device you wish to connect.

2. Click button.

3. Your device is now connected. Status icon should change to .
